Beta / Soft Launch Terms

IntellMatch is currently operating as a limited Beta / Soft Launch testing platform and is not yet the final production release. Features, design, availability, and supporting systems may change as we prepare for the official launch.

Features, functionality, AI results, matching results, availability, performance, and other aspects of the platform may change, be unavailable, or behave unexpectedly during testing. The Beta environment is provided for evaluation and feedback.

AI-generated matches, recommendations, profiles, enrichment results, and other AI-assisted information may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for consequential decisions. Users remain responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

Beta users should understand that bugs, interruptions, technical problems, data loss, incorrect results, security issues, or unexpected behavior may occur during testing. We work to improve reliability, but the Beta is not warranted as a finished production service.

Before the official production launch, IntellMatch intends to reset the Beta environment and remove Beta user data, including accounts, profiles, contacts, messages, uploads, posts, matches, AI-generated data, and other test information. Users should not expect Beta data to be preserved after the reset. Legally required records may be retained where applicable.

Participation in the Beta is for testing and evaluation purposes. Feedback helps improve IntellMatch before the official production launch.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntellMatch, its operators, providers, and contributors are not responsible for losses or damages arising from participation in the Beta or reliance on Beta results, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

These Beta / Soft Launch Terms apply in addition to the IntellMatch Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict relating specifically to Beta participation, these Beta Terms will guide interpretation for the Beta period.
